By implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard in its operations, the National Data Center will ensure the readiness of Mongolia's public information infrastructure, ensure the continuity and reliability of services provided directly and indirectly to citizens and organizations within the framework of the state's e-transition, improve the satisfaction of users and stakeholders, and continuously improve its operations and services within the relevant legal framework.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
The National Data Center (NDC) considers information security as an integral part of the organization's strategy and operations within the framework of its mission to develop and ensure the readiness of Mongolia's public information infrastructure, and to provide reliable services to citizens and organizations based on it.
The Center will implement, maintain, and continuously improve a risk-based Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets related to state databases, information systems, information exchange platforms, cloud and data center infrastructure.
This policy will serve as the main direction for ensuring compliance with information security objectives, principles, responsibilities, risk management, legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
The Center will continuously improve its capabilities to prevent, detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats, attacks, and breaches, and ensure the safe, secure, and continuous operation of government information systems and infrastructure.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and related parties with access to information systems and information assets of the “National Data Center”.
