General authority of state registration and intellectual property, national data center agreed to work jointly

General Authority of State Registration and Intellectual Property (GASRIP), National Data Center (NDC) have agreed to work jointly, and related administrators signed a memorandum of collaboration on January 16th, 2017.

In this event Head of General Authority of State Registration and Intellectual Property R.Sodkhuu, Director of National Data Center B.Batjargal and other officials have participated.

Both sides agreed to collaborate for implementing services into transferable electronic form that GASRIP has been providing.

According to this framework:

  • Introduce electronic signature for public service
  • Introduce registration system of personality deposit notification
  • Develop GASRIP receiving registration information system by transfering diplomatic mission office and GASRIP sum khoroo`s special network
  • Develop receiving archive reference report by online and sending response notification system
  • Support GASRIP electronic information security, develop confidentiality and other activities have been initiated

In the beginning of the event R.Sodkhuu mentioned “by this memorandum, introducing electronic signature to the public service will be the first activity to implement. However, Law of Electronic Signature was adopted in 2011, at that time this issue was discussed as preparatory level.”

“National Data Center has been working carefully on introducing electronic signature to public service. Our organization has been using it for daily operation. Therefore, we will introduce electronic signature to the public service methodically” said director of National Data Center B.Batjargal. National Data Center signed a memorandum of collaboration with Ulaanbaatar city Information Technology Office last week.
